Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on either actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher):

• West Malaysia Inside City: Flat base rate starting from RM 8.00 

• • West Malaysia Outside City: Flat base rate starting from RM 15.00 

Exact shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout after you input your delivery address.

The courier will attempt to call your registered phone number upon arrival. If no one is available to receive the package, ROS Express will attempt a second delivery on the next working day or leave a delivery attempt notice. You can also contact ROS Express customer service with your tracking number to arrange a pick-up at the nearest local hub.
